We are a healthy community of Believer’s dedicated to the gospel of Jesus Christ and accountable to each other. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you are from, what you have done, even if you are not a christian,  you are welcome.

Our vision is to raise an exceedingly great army for the Lord with the prophetic word of His gospel.

Mission

We exist to reach out to the world with the true gospel of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ with the aim of turning sinners to saints, discipling believers in the knowledge of Christ and raising end time ministers of the Gospel.

Brief History

It all started in June 16, 2006, when in a peculiar encounter with the Lord Pastor Efosa Edosa’s heart was drawn to the vision of dry bones in Ezekiel 37. He gave himself to much prayers and meditation; there, he received the vision of raising an exceeding great army for the Lord with the prophetic word of His gospel.

He was led to three wonderful persons whom he started discipling immediately. It was with these disciples he kicked off the ministry back then. For years, they would gather and pray for hours over souls in their city, nation and the world at large. They also held outreaches characterized with mighty manifestations of God’s power as they saw youths from all works of life and even students from secondary schools come and get ignited for our Lord Jesus Christ. (many of whom have grown and are doing great for the kingdom)

Fast forward to 2010, the four of us had multiplied in numbers as we gathered and prayed with heart transforming manifestations of the Spirit. It was on Feb 19, 2010, that we officially began what the Lord had laid in our heart, at Unifac Event Centre.

We’ve seen lives transformed in their numbers by the Gospel of our Lord, people renouncing cultism, addictions break, sicknesses healed, the oppressed delivered, sinners becoming saints, a people raised that are grounded in the truth of the gospel and that burn with passion to see God’s kingdom find expression on Earth. To the glory of God we continue to see even MUCH MORE happen by the Spirit in our midst and many more lives transformed by the power of the gospel. We are grateful to God for this vision.

Efosa Edosa

lead pastor

EFOSA EDOSA is the founding pastor of Risen Life Mission Int’l in Benin City, Edo State, which he started in 2006 and officially Kicked off February 19, 2010.
He is a graduate of the prestigious Baptist Theological seminary, Ogbomoso, with a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th), and Bachelor of Art (B.A) in Religious Studies from the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.

For over 10 years, he has and is still fulfilling God’s mandate to him, of “Raising an exceeding great army”. Through various meetings, he has successfully trained believers to efficiently and effectively represent and minister God to this generation.

Sunday Celebration Service

This is our celebration meeting, in this meeting our heart is exposed to the truth of God’s word where we learn Christ and the implication of His sacrifice in our everyday living. We rejoice in this light and receive miracles for our needs.

Divine Intervention Service

The essence of the revelation of God is divine intervention. This is a miracle service where the power of God meets with every situation that troubles us. It is also a time to experience our intimacy with the Father in prayers and the knowledge of the word.

Zonal Service

Zonal meetings were created to bring the local church closer to you. Zonal centers can be found in most metropolitan area of the city. The sole purpose of this meeting is that men be saved and come to the knowledge of Christ through this means.
